- Single Girder, Double Girder, Electric Operated and Hand Operated type overhead traveling cranes.
- Design and Manufactured in compliance to IS 807 & IS 3177 for different applications to appropriate class & duty. Hoist / Crab machinery designed in compliance to IS 3938.
- The Bridge Girders are plate welded box type designed to sustain all stresses arising due to vertical and lateral forces with impact.
- The End Carriages are fabricated from rolled steel section with suitable diaphragms & stiffeners to give strong construction. Rubber buffers are provided on both sides of end carriages to absorb jerks.
- The Gear Boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears & pinions running on antifriction type ball / roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication.
 Double girder
- Twin drive arrangement will be provided for Long Travel motion which contains motors, gear boxes, brakes etc. coupled together.
- The crane duty Electric Motors as per IS 325 are suitable for frequent starting, reversing & braking. Motors are foot / flange mounted TEFC / TESC, Sq. cage / Slip ring induction type for hoisting, C.T. and L.T. motion.
- Fail to safe Electromagnetic / Electro hydraulic thruster type brakes are provided for hoisting, C.T. & L.T. motion.
- Safety Limit Switches for stoppers are provided to prevent over hoisting and traveling.
- End Stoppers are provided on either side of the bridge to limit the cross travel motion of the hoist / crab.
- M.S. chequered plate / anti skid plate platform is provided for full length on one side of the bridge girder.
- The Control Panel consists of contactors, overload relay, fuses, transformers etc.
- The crane is suitable to operate on power supply of 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, A.C.
- The operation of the crane is controlled from suspended pendent push button station / remote control.
- The structural parts of the cranes are thoroughly cleaned and are applied with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paints before dispatch.
